Fern street was a really special job for Method Electrical as the finish was superb. This building blended in with its surroundings beautifully and had several old growth gum trees on site that we carefully trenched and horizontally drilled around with Bayside council so as not to disturb their roots and get our mains and NBN cabling in. The building consisted of Salto access control, LED strip lighting and feature lighting, outdoor light poles, structured cabling, mechanical electrical, 2 x new distribution boards, new main switchboard pillar, upgraded mains, 10kw solar system and air tightness membrane for efficient heating and cooling. Devco are a great builder to work with. They are knowledgeable, helpful and very experienced.
